Job title: Roof Slater & Tiler / Apprentices / Lead Plumbers

Reporting to: Supervisor
Job Role: Contribute to preparing, implementing and controlling the roofing works.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Construction of roof.

• Follow the agreed standards and procedures for roof construction.

2. Establish and maintain Safety, Health and Welfare within the workplace as outlined in company policy.

• Adhere to the conditions for a safe and healthy workplace
• Ensure housekeeping procedures are adhered to on site

3. Resources for work.

• Ensure correct deployment and use of materials.
• Ensure correct use of plant and equipment by following procedures in work schedule.

4. Paperwork

• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to given timescales.

5. Team focused

• Work together with others to achieve results
• Constructively give and receive feedback
• Conduct tool box talks as required
• Train and develop apprentices as required

6. Customer Care

• Follow customer care policy
• Follow customer complaint procedure
