Dodds Roofing - Considerate Constructors
In 2008 / 2009 Dodds Roofing took part in an extensive and highly successful trial of the Considerate Constructors Company Registration and we are now a fully registered Founder Member. The Scheme is a non profit making, independent organisation founded by the Construction Industry to improve its image.
As a Founder Member of the scheme, representatives from Dodds Roofing were invited to attend the launch event which was held at The Building Centre in London on 14th July 2009. Other attendees included representatives of various industry bodies, existing Associate Members and Client Partners
As a member, it is our responsibility to present an image of competent management, neighbourliness, efficiency and awareness of local environmental issues to positively portray our company and the industry as a whole.
On all projects we are required to follow the “Company Code of Considerate Practice” which consists of the following elements:

- Cleanliness
- Good Neighbour
- Respectful
- Safe
- Responsible
- Accountable
Scheme monitors will visit our offices and sites to provide guidance and advice on how we can continue to improve in all the above areas.
